Dandelions & Rust
Featuring Alexandria DeJoy
Alexandria DeJoy (@alexandriartist) is a multidisciplinary artist living and creating in Fort Collins, Colorado. She enjoys working in several mediums, including: acrylic and watercolor painting, pyrography (wood burning), glass lampworking, and silversmithing.
She uses bold color motifs and organic forms inspired by nature in her artwork and jewelry designs. Alexandria is self-taught in glass lampworking, the art of shaping molten glass over a flame. Using a dual fuel torch, she melts colored glass rods to create beads and pendants. She then crafts jewelry and accessories that bring a pop of color and whimsy to the wearer.
Each glass creation becomes a unique piece of wearable art. Her work is an outward expression of her gratitude to nature, the elements that make her work possible, and all of the beauty and magic that flora and fauna bring to our lives.

Otter Shop
Featuring Travis Krause
Join us on August 7th from 5pm - 8pm
Travis Krause's 20+ year artistic journey has been driven not by natural talent, but by relentless curiosity and a passion for learning. After rediscovering creativity through ceramics in college, he eventually found his true calling in painting, developing his skills through years of self-study, studio practice, and mentorship.
His career led to work on some of the largest public murals in the United States, but his greatest breakthrough came when he combined his art with his love of nature and fly fishing. Today, he creates custom nature-inspired artwork for clients around the world and leads international workshops, inspiring others to reconnect with their own inner strength and creativity.

Petrichor Collective Studios
Featuring The Burn Scar A Solo Exhibition by Impastu
Impastu_ lives in Fort Collins, where she teaches at the Fort Collins Pottery studio. She is a multimedia artist who, in the past few years, has been exploring the medium of wheel thrown pottery. Her artist name comes from a dialect of southern Italy, where she grew up. It refers to mud and clay but also to dough, creating a link between pottery as a form of art essential for life sustenance and the work of care performed historically by women.
In the Burn Scar, her pieces are mainly fired in Raku or decorated with runny glazes and fired at cone 6 oxidation. They are a meditation on the cycle of fires and downpours, the death and rebirth of the forests, the rivers and, ultimately of our life on this planet.

Featuring Nick Holland
Join us for First Friday Art walk with new works from Nick Holland and live music in the courtyard.
Nick Holland (@kickholland_art) is a self-taught printmaker who has lived and worked in Fort Collins for 19 years. He has always been drawn to the funny, the strange, and the grotesque. His work is influenced by printmaking traditions from across the world, comics and cartooning, pulp and horror art, and surrealism and expressionism.
The work in “Secret Cabal Now Open” has focused on creating a sense of place and setting, and was motivated heavily by the German expressionists Otto Dix, Lyonel Feininger, and George Grosz. It also features works commissioned for a tabletop role playing game adventure, Attack the Light: Avenge the White Mare, which was a fun and challenging foray into the fantasy genre.
