Fort Collins Foodie Walk™ is a monthly self-guided walking tour from 5 – 8 pm on the third Friday of each month and celebrates the culinary culture and thriving foodie scene in Downtown Fort Collins.

Join Downtown’s finest culinary shops each month for interactive showcases, seasonal flavors, and exciting taste experiences! 

Who is a foodie? Foodies are people who simply love food for consumption, study, preparation, and recreation. Foodies wish to learn everything about food, the best and the ordinary, and take in the science, industry, history, and characters surrounding food. Culinary shops in Downtown Fort Collins focus on unique quality ingredients, locally sourced, and organic produce in their shops. 

Fort Collins Foodie Walk™ offers a way for people to explore and enjoy the flavorful world of food and drink!

This month we will be sampling our Toasty Tomato Bisque! This easy tomato bisque mix elevates classic tomato soup with toasted spices, resulting in a tomato bisque soup with layers of flavor. The creaminess in this tomato bisque soup is from coconut milk, and it is a dairy-free, vegetarian and gluten-free tomato soup mix.

Our creamy garlic soup recipe calls for four heads of garlic—not cloves, heads. But before you start worrying about having to enjoy this soup alone for weeks, hear us out. Fresh, raw garlic is undeniably potent, but once roasted, it transforms into something entirely different. The sharp, bold bite mellows out into a sweet, nutty flavor that’s perfect for this soup. The garlic we used was grown locally by the chef and new owner of The Cooking Studio and is the heart of this soup—there’s nothing harsh about it, just a smooth, rich sweetness that gives each bowl a comforting, creamy depth. It’s garlic like you’ve never tasted before, and we’re sure you’ll love it.

We are sampling a Beet Tahini Dip. This simple and delicious recipe can be made in your new electric pressure cooker, Instant Pot or air fryer! We will be serving this amazingly colorful dip with veggies and pita chips. Come join us from 5-8. We can't wait to see you!
