A Fort Collins tradition since 1933, the Silver Grill Cafe in Old Town remains a popular destination for breakfast and lunch, along with its colossal cinnamon rolls (12,000 baked each month!). Named “America’s Best Breakfast” by Esquire Magazine, Silver Grill’s breakfast and lunch menus offer classic comfort food and seasonal chef-created specialties.

Once just a 40-seat diner, the popular Silver Grill has expanded four times to become the iconic Old Town landmark it is today. Guests are surrounded by original brick walls, time-loved hardwood floors, and views of Old Town.

Special touches — such as fresh-squeezed orange juice, house-made cocktails, an espresso bar, and successful partnerships with local businesses —add to its charm. Every day from 7 am – 2 pm, Silver Grill serves the same home-spun hospitality that has made it a success since 1933.
