Blue Agave Grill is a full service restaurant serving a contemporary Southwestern cuisine with a full service bar. We are a scratch-made kitchen and provide many gluten free options, allowing us to cater to various dietary needs. We have a large margarita selection as well as house-infused tequilas and homemade sangria.

Located under the historic post office (currently home to Museum of Art | Fort Collins), Blue Agave's indoor seating is cozy and welcoming. Ambiance from fire pits on our two patios as well as the charm of Oak Street Plaza make our outdoor dining experience truly unique.
