An intimate lunch-time concert series in Oak Street Plaza with live small-scale music performances. These weekly concerts begin the first Tuesday in June and continue on consecutive Tuesdays through July. The concerts are FREE and open to the public!

Derek DeMuth is a diverse musician specializing in percussive fingerstyle guitar. The tapping, slapping, percussive melody that follows is both visually and audibly stunning. In addition he plays classical favorites from Carcassi, Brouwer, Tarrega, Legnani, Chopin, etc., as well as cover songs from the Beatles, Queen, Toto, and many others. His EDM traverses many styles and tends to homogenize boundaries and has been licensed by several TV/movie companies. Colorado songwriter, Elyse Miller, has performed as far away as Hawaii and at many festivals alongside world class artists such as nine-time Grammy Award winner, Asleep at the Wheel, the Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Boulder Acoustic Society. Her unorthodox songwriting exhibits a hint of musical theatre and a variety of influences from Etta James to Alanis Morissette. Her voice has been described as “soulful, rich, warm,” “beautifully haunting,” and “like butter.” With “whip-smart lyrics” and “a playful sense of humor,” her striking melodies stay with you well past the last listen
Mike Yob is a singer, songwriter and flatpicker from Northern Colorado whose style is deeply rooted in traditional bluegrass with flavors of folk and country. During his years in Steamboat Springs, Mike played in the band Brew Glass Boys (featuring other now local Fort Collins musicians Ian Smith, and Mike Fritz).
Emma Marie is a 16-year old singer songwriter from Northern Colorado. She is petite in stature, but the power of her voice conveys her passion for music. Emma Marie’s love of singing began as a toddler. Her songwriting journey began when she started guitar lessons. She quickly turned new chords into a melody for her first song at age nine. In the summer of 2014, she performed her first two original songs to win a singing competition called “Big Country’s Got Talent” at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Her musical journey was underway!
Justin Roth is a nationally touring singer/songwriter/acoustic guitarist based in Colorado. His brilliantly inventive fingerstyle guitar arrangements define his unique mix of indie folk and instrumental guitar music. Justin has toured with David Wilcox and John Gorka and opened for some of the finest singer/songwriters on the acoustic music scene, including Shawn Colvin, Lucy Kaplansky, Darrell Scott, and Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul and Mary).
Taylor Shae is an award-winning singer-songwriter born and raised in Colorado. Taylor’s bluesy sound “mixes old soul lyrics with bright vocals and a high-energy delivery for a fresh take on the Americana genre.” (303 Magazine, 2019). You can catch the other half of the duo, RD, playing with a rebellious style on the bass or electric guitar, oozing funk and blues. Together, the duo has played Colorado venues and festivals since 2016, grabbing the attention of any passerby willing to give into the urge to tap their feet.
