Emily Heinz – Managing Broker/Owner/Co-Founder is a dedicated Seller or Buyer Broker with a full-time licensed staff to help assist in any Buying and Selling needs for residential or commercial properties in Northern Colorado. Emily is a lifelong resident of Larimer County. She has a BA in Community Development and has been a real estate Broker since 2005. Emily lives in Old Town and is very active in the local community. She is also a proud supporter of our local economy and the local food movement.
