We are a locally owned and operated restaurant featuring modern American cuisine, specialty cocktails, and menu items for all tastes and dietary limitations. In another lifetime our building used to be a laundromat for students at nearby Colorado State University. In 2012, this space was transformed, and an incredible menu presented by chef Amelia Mouton and her business partners. The baton was passed in May 2018 to two passionate local restauranteurs, Matt Stanley and Debra Ryan. Our new leaders aspire to maintain the legacy established by the original 415 owners, while striving to improve upon your dining experience by continuing to provide excellent service and expanding our creative food and drink options for our clientele. We look forward to what the future brings and hope to see you around our table soon.
