The Remington is your Fort Collins destination for affordable, comfortable senior living. Our building was constructed in 1973, and it has recently undergone extensive renovations. Our 11-story senior apartment building was stripped down to its studs as part of a $16 million renovation project paid for by tax credits, the city, and the Colorado Division of Housing. Extensive upgrades were made to both the interior and exterior. Interior work includes new ventilation, heating, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and fire suppression upgrades. Additionally, a fitness center and conference room were added and the laundry room expanded.
