Nuance Chocolate is celebrating the Foodie Walk with a deep dive into the science of taste.

We’re offering side-by-side origin tastings and "supertaster" testing using PTC strips to see how your unique biology affects your cravings. Since no two palates are alike, taste the difference that craftsmanship and unique genetics make.

We will be offering bison meatloaf made with White Peaks bison meat, as well as our Sweetgrass Prairie blend and C.B. Hill Cornerstone BBQ Sauce as a glaze over top.

We will also be offering thumbprint cookies and a rose hip jam as well as Red Velvet Hot Cocoa!

Rich and herbaceous, this creamy pesto dip marries velvety mayonnaise with our vibrant Pesto Infused Olive Oil and a touch of our Jalapeño Balsamic Vinegar.

The result is a creamy dip with with nutty pesto notes, and just-right tang that makes you want more. It'll be served with crunchy gluten-free crackers.

For February, Savory Spice will be sampling our Chicken Enchilada Chili Spice & Easy mix!

For this month’s Foodie Walk, The Cooking Studio is serving a bold and comforting Curried Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup — silky, vibrant, and layered with warm spice. Naturally dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free, this velvety soup highlights the sweetness of roasted carrots and sweet potatoes balanced with fragrant curry and a gentle heat.

Each tasting is finished with a delicate shard of spiced pumpkin seed brittle, adding a crunchy, savory-sweet contrast that makes every bite exciting. It’s a small taste with big flavor — exactly what Foodie Walk is all about.

Matcha black sesame rice krispie treats with dark chocolate chunks!

We're taking a classic childhood treat and making it elevated and sophisticated! Earthy matcha, nutty sesame and just a tad bit of sweetness from the marshmallows and dark chocolate make these treats a perfect bite! We can't wait to share the evening with you!

The Hot Sauce Realm will be offering some spicy pretzel sticks and if thats not enough heat you can dip them in a Carolina Reaper Mustard BBQ sauce.
