This month CopperMuse is going to be serving our new Black Garlic Hummus with crostini. 

We will be making Corn Fritters on our Blackstone Griddle and serving with a few of our hot sauces. We are once again looking forward to seeing all the smiling faces.

This month Old Town Spice Shop will be doing savory apple rubbed pork and truffle parmesan crispy potatoes.

Come join us at Rocky Mountain Olive Oil for the April Foodie Walk and taste our twist on a classic - Truffle & Balsamic Meatballs! Tender and flavorful, these meatballs are cooked using our Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar, Black Truffle Oil, Italian Seasoning and Black Truffle Sea Salt. You can top with your favorite red or cream sauce and either eat over noodles, veggies or just as is. Simply, trufflicious!

This April, Savory Spice will be sampling our Carne Asada Spice & Easy. With the traditional flavors of Mexican grilled steak, this earthy, fruity, and slightly smoky Spice & Easy mix has mild heat with a balance of salt and sweetness. The marinade can also be applied to chicken, pork, rub for blackened fish tacos or to season fries, black bean burgers, salsa, and veggies, resulting in bold, citrusy flavor.

Here are some of the flavors Audacious Truffles will be sampling at this month’s Foodie’s Walk: Chocolate Mint Truffle, Cherry Bourbon Truffle, Lemon Olive Oil and White Balsamic Vinegar Truffle, Gianduja Cream Truffle.
