Immerse yourself in the diverse and captivating sounds of 20th-century repertoire, spanning the realms of modernism to neo-romanticism. With pulsating rhythms and captivating melodies, the program is a rich tapestry of musical exploration and discovery. Experience the evocative compositions of Otar Vasilisdze Taktakishvili, whose Georgian heritage infuses his music with unique cultural richness. Travel to the heart of France with Jacques Castérède's enchanting melodies, then journey to the vibrant landscapes of Croatia through the works of Stjepan Šulek. Delve into the dynamic compositions of Samuel Zyman, a Mexican American composer whose music reflects his Mexican heritage and Jewish roots, offering a compelling blend of cultural influences that resonate throughout his compositions.
