Coming Home: A Side-By-Side with NoCoYo (Folk Tales and New Worlds)

The concert celebrates new beginnings as we welcome the Northern Colorado Youth Orchestra to perform side by side with the Colorado State University Symphony Orchestra. The program opens with Giuseppe Verdi's La forza del destino Overture, conducted by NoCoYo music director and CSU alum, Daniel Smith, and closes with Antonín Dvořák's Symphony No. 9, led by CSUSO music director, Dr. Rachel Waddell. The concert also features 2025 Concerto Competition winner Russell Wolfe, performing select movements from Max Bruch's Scottish Fantasy.

CONCERT PROGRAM GUIDES/PLAYBILLS are available in a digital format only and may be viewed by scanning the QR code at the venue entrance or can be viewed in advance through a link on the ticketing site.
