Music’s ability to take us to another time and place is the focus of the Symphonic Band concert, conducted by Dr. Jayme Taylor with Cameron Honnen, graduate student conductor. Featuring Darius Milhaud’s Suite Française, CSU’s own James David’s new work Atomic Time, and introducing CSU’s new professor of tuba, Dr. Chris Bloom, performing Kevin Day’s Metallic Figures Concerto for Tuba. Come be transported!
