Outreach Fort Collins invites our community, stakeholders, and supporters to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with our event, Plaid for a Purpose: A Decade of Outreach, a Future of Hope. For the first time ever, we are hosting a major fundraiser...and friendraiser, to honor everyone who helped us get here - and fuel our mission for the next ten years.
