Enjoy a 3-course Homemade Italian Feast (with optional wine pairing) while enjoying live music in our newly renovated lounge.
3-course Dinner for 1 – $50.00 plus optional wine pairing
Course 1: Choice of Maine Lobster Fra Diavolo Risotto OR Eggplant Rollatini Flatbread.
Course 2: Tortellini Soup OR Panzanella Salad.
Course 3: Rosemary Braised Short Rib with balsamic brussels sprouts and roasted garlic mashers OR Shrimp Alfredo with black truffle, garlic cream sauce, spiced lemon, and pappardelle.
Course 1: Gorgonzola Brisket Steaksous vide for 72 hours and topped with creamy gorgonzola sauce and green onions. Served with rosemary smashed red potatoes and buffalo cauliflower.
Featuring “The Party Animal Cone”, a freshly baked waffle cone dipped in chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate, and stuffed with your favorite flavor. Top it with chocolate whipped cream, some fudge brownie nestled in, and finished with a sprinkle of confetti. ($7.89)
4-course Dinner for 2 – $85 (also available a la carte)
Course 1: Smoked Foie Gras Gougeres with caramelized date and cherry jam, sumac yogurt. ($15.00 a la carte)
Course 2: Dressed greens and shaved Pecorino Romano.
Course 3: Littleneck Clam Cappellini made with white vermouth brodo, Pecorino Romano, local root vegetables, and Hazel Dell mushrooms. ($32.00 a la carte for Courses 2 & 3)
Course 4: Apple Tart Tatin with vanilla gelato. ($10.00 a la carte)
This full-sized main course was outstandingly popular in Antonio’s first Fort Collins restaurant, Ristorante Pulcinella.
1-course Dinner for 1 – $18.00
Course 1: Enjoy “Penne Alla’ Antonio” with shrimp sautéed in butter and fresh garlic, served over authentic Italian penne in a pink sauce made from cream, tomatoes, and garlic.
Experience the “Everything Nice” cocktail made with our pumpkin rum, spiced rum, and house-made cranberry juice. This cocktail is the perfect blend of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon, and tastes like the best parts of Thanksgiving dinner. ($12.00)
The Cafe: Evelyn’s Colorado Sopapillas are made from fresh, fluffy sopapillas stuffed with house-made carnitas, green chilies, and jalapeños, then topped with avocado lime crema, chili verde, and guacamole. ($11.00)
The Cache: Surf & Turf pairing juicy, barrel-cut New York strip steak with pan-seared jumbo shrimp, crawfish hollandaise, and fresh pappardelle pasta. ($48.00)
3-course Dinner for 1 – $45 (also available a la carte)
Course 1: Grilled Shrimp Bao made with guanciale fat marinated shrimp, seasoned, grilled and served inside a steamed bao bun. Topped with green onion kimchi, shaved radish, salted cucumber, and finished with miso aioli and crispy shallot. ($12 for 2 a la carte)
Course 2: Curry Udon with udon noodles, coconut curry broth, seared snapper, ginger scallion sauce, beech mushroom, mirin-poached turnip, grilled delicata squash, and six-minute egg. ($27.00 a la carte)
Course 3: Cinnamon Apple Sorbet with oat walnut crisp and orange-cardamom infused honey. ($9.00 a la carte)
Option 1:House-made Apple Pancakes served with apple compote and layered candied walnuts, topped with Bailey’s whipped cream. ($11.50)
Option 2: Midwest Chicken Wrap with ginger chipotle mayo, chopped lettuce, cooked sweet corn, diced mango, fresh avocado, marinated chicken slices wrapped up in a flour tortilla and served with a strawberry rhubarb slaw. ($13.00)

Colorado Casino Cocktail: Our twist on a nearly forgotten classic. Locally made Mobb Genever Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur, Fresh Lemon, Orange Bitters, garnished with a Luxardo Cherry and Orange Peel.
Wedge Salad: Quartered Iceburg, drizzled with homemade blue cheese dressing, balsamic glaze, hand picked cherry tomatoes, & blue cheese crumbles.
Lemon Garlic Chicken Pot Pie: Warm, flakey, gooey, savory, goodness all served up in a cast iron skillet. This in-house twist on an all-time-favorite will have you reminiscing of those cold wintery days at Grandma’s house in no time.
Course 1: Your RARE dining experience starts with an antipasti platter of our house-made mozzarella, burrata, and lemon ricotta as well as our world-famous imported Italian cheeses and house cured salumi.
