Inspired by quality raw materials and a dedication to making cooking and baking experiences premium, Rocky Mountain Olive Oil is produced from the freshest sources. All of their oils, vinegars, and olive oil skin care products are certified non-GMO and free from preservatives, artificial color, gluten, and added sugars. The business was first founded in 2011 and is dedicated to sourcing from small batch oil and vinegar producers in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres making them a tasty addition to any culinary adventure.

Spices are our livelihood. We love to inform, inspire, learn, and share what we’ve learned and talk about all things cooking – but mostly spices. We carry more than 400 hand-blended spices, herbs, and seasonings in quantities that match customer needs. Our spices are ground fresh weekly. We also have more than 40 themed gift sets, recipes to take home, and spice-related merchandise. Customers can try the products before they buy and get refills for bottles.

The Cooking Studio is excited to pair with a local chef who started Audacious Truffles, an exclusive chocolate truffle company. Audacious is not about making an overstatement about their truffles. However, these truffles are audacious by being bold, daring, and even defiant of tradition. Audacious Truffles will be on-site at The Cooking Studio, inside the Opera Galleria, to sample their amazing truffles!
