Based on Mitch Albom’s bestselling memoir, the play tells the autobiographical story of Mitch Albom—an ambitious journalist driven solely by his career—and Morrie Schwartz, his former college professor.
Sixteen years after graduation, Mitch discovers through a television news program that Morrie is battling Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS). What begins as a simple visit turns into a weekly Tuesday pilgrimage, becoming Morrie's final class on the meaning of life, love, loss, and human connection
