You’ll learn how to craft and use a variety of preparations while learning practices for deepening your connection to each plant.
We’ll discuss how to work with a variety of preparations, including teas, powders, tinctures, and salves, both for attending to the spiritual heart, as well as the cardiovascular system as a whole.
