This 7-week course invites you to journey through the five archetypal phases of menopause - a sacred initiation that reshapes our sense of Self.

Together, we'll explore:
The death and rebirth process inherent in this transition
The power of radical self-care as an act of devotion
How to trust the transformation and awaken into the expanded consciousness of the divine feminine
Living and leading from a rooted sense of wise power in the “new normal” of post-menopause life.
More than a class - this is a sacred space to be witnessed, nourished, and supported as you step into your next evolution.

Based on the book Wise Power: Discover The Liberating Power of Menopause to Awaken Authority, Purpose, and Belonging by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer. The book will be provided with the course.

All meetings will take place 6:30-8:30 pm, and will be recorded.
