At this time of year, as we arrive at the Summer Solstice, Wild Plants are at their fullest expression. Join me in this class as we dive deep into the Wild Plants of Summer! It is a time of abundance and giving.

We will get to know common Wild Plants in the Rocky Mountains, learn the basics of the Intuitive Plant Healing approach, and go on a mini plant walk.

We will also sit with local medicinal plants, as we engage in nature/plant writing and drawing practices.

Class will be held at Lee Martinez Park (Weather permitting). Please bring appropriate clothing, something to sit comfortable on the ground, a journal, writing instrument, water, snacks, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

Led by Clinical Herbalist, Brita LaTona
