A free afternoon for youth in grades 6-12 to explore new ways to practice self-care through hands-on, experiential learning. Try aerial silks, medieval longsword, yoga, a sound bath, hip-hop with FOCO Flava, art and journaling, and a "Create Your Own Superhero" table hosted by Fort Collins Comic Con. Meet therapy dogs, catch youth bands, and visit 40+ community resource booths staffed by counselors, youth programs and health partners. Free food trucks, giveaways and self-care bags for everyone who comes.

Spanish interpretation provided all day / Se ofrecerán servicios de interpretación en español.

Hosted by the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery. Free and open to the public; parents and caregivers welcome, and free QPR suicide-prevention training will be offered on site for adults.
