Step outside and reconnect with the abundant gifts growing all around us. In this hands-on class, we’ll gather outside to meet the often-overlooked yet deeply generous Siberian Elm (Ulmus pumila).
Considered invasive by many, Siberian Elm is actually a treasure trove of potent medicine, offering its healing gifts freely and abundantly. Found in countless yards, parks, and alleyways, this resilient tree is a beautiful reminder that true wealth often grows unnoticed right beneath our feet.
Together, we’ll learn how to properly identify this plant, how to harvest it with deep respect for the land, and how to prepare it for herbal use. You’ll get to taste, touch, and smell this tree’s medicine, gaining a true sense of how it works within the body and spirit. You’ll also leave with preparations made during class to continue your relationship with this plant at home.
Come celebrate the wild generosity of nature and explore how working with local, sustainable plant allies can nourish both our bodies and the land we call home.
🌿 You’ll walk away with:
~ The skills to confidently identify Siberian Elm
~ Knowledge of its medicinal actions and uses
~ Freshly made plant medicine to take home
~ A deeper connection to the wild abundance that surrounds you
Join us for this beautiful afternoon of learning, crafting, and celebrating the gifts of the earth. Let’s reclaim the medicine growing freely all around us.
