Join herbalist Sarah to learn about the magic of Switchels and other herbal beverages for summertime enjoyment.
We'll learn a few different medicine-making methods and craft several different types of beverages that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
Infusing herbs with vinegar is a primary herbal medicine making technique and one of the foundational extraction methods for other advanced preparations, and one of the starting places for delicious beverage making.
This class is great for people ages 10 and up.
