Join us in the Teaching Kitchen and create a beautiful, summery three-course meal made even more special with the addition of fresh, flavorful microgreens! The team from Forevergreen Farm will also share the ins and outs of growing these tasty little nutritional powerhouses, and how top chefs are using them on their menus at restaurants throughout the area (including The Cache!)

What We’re Cooking:

Southwestern Summer Salad
Buckwheat Galette with Smoked Salmon, Crème Fraiche and Pea Shoots
Strawberry Basil Tiramisu

Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
One ticket per person attending.
