Shifting Balance: Reflections on Land, Climate, and Beauty opens January 20th and will be on display through February 24th. Colorado State University’s Art Faculty Mary-Ann Kokoska, Johnny Plastini, Erika Osborne, and Eleanor Sabin come together in this exhibition and through a nuanced portrayal of the natural world, their work serves as a visual narrative, shedding light on the intricate interplay between humanity and the environment.
These works hold profound reflections on the vulnerability and resilience of our ecosystem. The mark making of each artist captures diverse terrains, while unveiling the inherent fragility these environments embody.
