Join us for this unique class to learn about the Irish + Scottish myth of the Selkies, or seal women.
Myths can be a guide for how we might imagine ourselves, the world around us, and our lives.
In this class, we will be focusing on the Selkie and how they represent our sovereignty and inherent wildness.
Participants will also make ritual seaweed baths or foot baths (a traditional Irish practice) to take home and connect to the spirit of the Selkie after our class.
The bath can be used for yourself or as a gift for the holiday season.
