Seeds are carriers of limitless potential and inspiration! In this hands-on class intentionally designed for children of all ages and their caregivers, learn how to grow and cook sprouts, engage creativity through seed art, and enjoy a seed-based flatbread we’ll make and eat together during class.
Leave with basic supplies to start sprouting at home and inspiring ideas to incorporate seeds and sprouts into your family’s kitchen through simple, delicious recipes and art.
All activities and foods are adapted to honor developmental stages of children.
All ingredients included in class are free of gluten and all 9 major food allergens.
