Let’s beat the heat and meditate on something sweet. Through short meditations, stories, and movement we will mindfully savor the sweet moments in life.

Afterwards you may choose to stay for a short optional Medicine Making Class ($2/participant) where each participant will get to make a Sun Tea to sweeten up at home. Please sign up for each participant attending. All proceeds go to a local charity.
$2/participant​, please plan to pay after the class.
