Together we will bravely challenge ourselves to discover our softness that opens us. May this softness aid in our willingness to open to the unknown.
Through stories, short meditations, and movement we will discover what beauty lies beyond the unknown.
To help ease into openness, we will fill herbal pillows to take home.
There is a suggested donation to cover material costs of $3/participant. Any additional donations will go to a local charity.
