Discomfort arises all the time. Are there moments when we can linger and be with the discomfort without judgment? Can we be with the moment as it is? Through stories, short meditations, and movement we will practice ways in which we can be with or befriend the discomfort.
We will be making an essential oil blend to encourage gentleness with ourselves during uncomfortable moments. There is a suggested donation to cover material costs of $5 a participant. Any additional donations will go to a local charity.
