Being truly generous without attachment arises from heart-mind thinking. Through stories, short meditations, and movement let's explore generosity in its fullest expression.
We will be making a tea from our hearts with someone else in mind to give to.
Free/Donation Based
There is a suggested donation to cover material costs of $3 a participant. Any additional donations will go to a local charity.
