Join is in the Teaching Kitchen for the latest installment in our series of cocktail classes, each celebrating a different liquor! Brought to you by Teaching Kitchen Chef and Master Mixologist, Zach Heller, this class will feature three rum drinks, each paired with complementary small bites from our kitchen. Whether you love rum and are looking for fun, new ways to use the spirit (it’s not just for tiki drinks!) or a bit of a skeptic, you’re sure to enjoy this masterclass in cocktail making, utilizing an often under-appreciated liquor.
What We’re Making:
Barrel-Aged Rum Old Fashioned (paired with Bacon-Wrapped Dates)
Classic Daiquiri (paired with Sesame Chicken Satay)
Clarified Piña Colada (Paired with Quadruple Coconut Cream Pie Bites)
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by Zach Heller
Enjoy making and drinking three cocktails, paired with three small bites
A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
*** Note, a Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be available throughout class to take any drink or food orders from the Café menu.
