Rocky Mountain winter plants offer a wide range of benefit.The winter season is a time for nourishment, building immunity, and developing inward practices. In this class we will get to know common local winter plants in this region in the Rocky Mountains.

We will also discuss the various ways that these plants can be utilized in herbal medicine (including herbal steams, infused honey, herbal tea, nourishing soups, and more).

This class will include learning the basics of the Intuitive Plant Healing approach to working with plants for healing (through learning practices to connect with the plant world in wintertime through plant walks, and journaling practices).

Each participant will get the chance to make their own Pine and Rosehip infused honey.
