Reiki Level One – The Path of Self-Healing Begins

Step onto the path of Reiki with this Level One training, a gentle yet powerful initiation into the flow of Universal Life Force Energy. Through a series of sacred attunements, guided practices, and hands-on experiences, you’ll open your energetic channel and begin a profound journey of self-healing, growth, and transformation.

Throughout this immersive experience, you’ll explore:
- Foundational energy techniques - including gentle Chi Gong movements to connect with your Hara and inner power
- Guided meditations and visualizations to deepen awareness, clarity, and presence
- The history, origins, and philosophy of Reiki
- Four First Degree attunements to awaken your energy and align you with the Reiki
- Practical exercises for self-treatment, treating others, and even sharing Reiki with animals
- Understanding the human energy system, chakras, and the power of intention
- Protection and cleansing practices such as the Reiki Shower and energetic hygiene for practitioners
- Hands-on experiences in giving and receiving Reiki, learning to listen to the subtle language of the body

By the end of Shoden, you’ll feel confident in channeling Reiki for yourself and others - bringing harmony, balance, and peace to your body, mind, and spirit.
