Join us for a lovely brunch in the Teaching Kitchen! Learn classic cooking and baking techniques and celebrate with a tasty meal, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings!
What We’re Cooking:
- Quiche Lorraine – featuring G&B’s famous pie dough!
- Cheese and Chive Smashed Potatoes
- Shaved Fennel and Asparagus Salad
- Carrot Cake Scones with Cream Cheese Frosting
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
- Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
