Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we tour the cuisine of Puerto Rico! Inspired by some of Chef Daniel’s favorite bites during his travels, this class brings together traditional techniques, bold flavors, and tropical produce for an evening of fun that you can recreate at home!
What we’re cooking:
Papas Rellenas (Crispy Beef-Stuffed Potato Croquettes)
Mojo de Ajo (Tangy Garlic Dipping Sauce)
Mofongo con Camarones (Fried Plantain with Succulent Creole Shrimp)
Arroz con Coco (Coconut Cream Rice)
Guava Quisotinos (Sweet Guava Pastry Twists)
Take-aways:
Hands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
