Details

Join us for an evening of deep presence and embodied intention. This powerful workshop is a guided meditation experience designed to help you connect inward, calling in higher purpose and wisdom from the collective consciousness, and offer gratitude through simple movement and prayer.

We'll begin in sacred silence, with grounding and breathwork to center the body and mind. From there, you’ll be invited to wear a blindfold (optional) and move through a 45-minute meditative practice. This moving prayer is simple yet profound: you'll use your body as a vessel to receive the wisdom of the universe and bow in reverence to the earth. The experience will close with time for reflection, integration, and a nourishing savasana.

This practice is open to all—no yoga or meditation experience is required. Participants can come from any background or belief system. Whether you are navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply longing to be in community, you are welcome in this circle.

What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
- Provided: eye covering

Space is limited. Reserve your spot and step into this intentional space of listening, offering, and receiving.
