Join us in the Teaching Kitchen, as we enjoy delicious plant-based meals from around the world! We’ll learn to cook traditional dishes that don’t sacrifice taste while satisfying vegan and vegetarian diets.
What We’re Cooking:
- Caponata with Crostini
- Creamy Polenta with Roasted Mushroom Ragu
- Torta di Mele (Apple and Lemon Zest Cake)
Take-Aways:
- Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
- A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
- Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
