Join us for Veganuary in the Teaching Kitchen, as we enjoy delicious plant-based meals from around the world!

What We’re Cooking:

Garlic Naan
Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato Curry) with Lemon Rice
Carrot Kheer (Rice Pudding)

Take-Aways:

Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
