Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for an evening in Spain! We’ve paired the paella with a fabulous citrusy salad and a naturally gluten-free almond cake mounded with fresh whipped cream. The menu makes for a dinner-party winner!

What we’re cooking:

Market Salad with Orange and Olives
Chicken, Chorizo and Shrimp Paella
Spanish Almond Cake with Honey Citrus Whipped Cream
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor.
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class.
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
