The Oak Street Artisan Market will be hosting a Halloween themed art event with 9 unique artists dressing up in costumes and handing out candy to any guests of the art market. This event will take place from 12pm-3pm on October 21st at 140 West Oak Street, inside of the Oak Street Mall (indoors).
