Bring your journal and be ready to delve inward to connect and express the goals of your heart and soul.

We will embark on guided meditation, using oracle cards and the clear guidance of our inner Wise Selves to set our intentions for 2026. This is how we manifest that which is in alignment with our purpose, bring in healing, joy and whatsoever else you are needing most.

No journaling experience necessary. Mary will guide you on an inner journey, give journaling prompts and share insights.

The group experience is supportive, sacred and inspiring. You will leave with a connection to your inner guidance system and maybe a goal or two to see you through the months ahead.

Led by Mary D'Agostino. Mary is a Professional Intuitive, Spiritual Counselor, Psychic Medium, Astrologer, CRMT/P, Educator, Author, Artist and Ceremonialist. Combining these varied skills, Mary created Heart of Gaia Creative Healing Arts.
