As October marks National Seafood Month, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is thrilled to announce a month-long celebration featuring exclusive whole fish specials at all locations. From crispy fried Yellowtail Snapper to CDMX style Pompano, each week will highlight a unique culinary journey showcasing fresh and sustainable seafood.
Specials Line-Up:
Week 1 (Oct 7-13): Crispy Fried Yellowtail Snapper
Accompanied by: Sticky rice, green curry, pickled mushrooms, chile crunch
Origin: Wild caught, Brazil
Week 2 (Oct 14-20): Whole Roasted Branzino
Served with: Fregola sarda, roasted late season tomatoes, oregano vinaigrette, fennel
Origin: Farm raised, Greece
Week 3 (Oct 21-27): Whole Grilled Alamosa Striped Bass
Paired with: Baba ganoush, za’atar roasted carrots, charred broccolini, sweet tahini
Origin: Farm raised, Colorado
Week 4 (Oct 28-Nov 3): CDMX Style Pompano, a la Contramar
Accompanied by: Chile rojo, salsa verde, black beans, tortilla, blistered jalapeno
