Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a morning in the Mediterranean. Bring a friend or make new ones here in the TK as we learn some new skills while creating a meal we can all sit down and enjoy together!
What We’re Cooking:
Citrus-Marinated Olives
Tabbouleh Salad with Halloumi
Red Beet Hummus with Flatbread
Roasted Eggplant and Zucchini with Tahini Sauce
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor
A recipe packet with all the menu items from class
Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class
