Mushrooms are an important key foundation to life on this planet. Their life-giving and sustaining properties have benefited people for millennia. The fungi kingdom contains many species that are edible and a distinct variety that have incredible medicinal qualities. In this class we’ll discuss some important medicinal mushrooms, and their immune building, stress-reducing, and energy-enhancing effects. We will also talk about the most important methods and forms to take mushrooms for maximum medicinal benefit.
Each participant will get the opportunity to make their own 3 Mushroom Blend, to begin working with medicinal mushrooms in their daily lives.
