The States Duo will perform from 5:30-7:00pm Friday, July 7, at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. Janie Stein and Martin Bates play bluegrass, western, country, folk, and soft-rock. Martin plays guitar, ukulele, and harmonica, while Janie provides vocal harmonies and plays the guitar, melodica, and ukulele. The Museum is open from 5-8pm with free admission for First Friday Art Walk. Deutschland Through Students’ Eyes, curated by students at Fort Collins High School, is on exhibit in the Museum’s Main Gallery. The Global Village Museum is located at 200 West Mountain Avenue, and Museum hours are 11am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, visit globalvillagemuseum.org or call 970-221-4600.
