Details

In this fun hands-on workshop with author Natasha Wing, children ages 7+ will explore art and imagination inspired by wire sculptor Elizabeth Berrien! They’ll start with a drawing challenge, creating cats with both hands to experience what it feels like to be left-handed like Elizabeth. Then, they’ll become sculptors themselves, using pipe cleaners to twist and weave their very own wire animal creation. They’ll use their imagination to see the world through an animal’s eyes, and finally bring their creation to life by developing a unique story about their animal friend. $35 for one child, $65 for two (includes signed copy of The Wire Zoo) Contact MOA: 970-372-2424
