Kali is the Goddess of Time, Death, and Destruction. She is known as the Dark Mother. Kali liberates us from ego, patterns that don't serve us, and ways that we hold back from being our true selves.

Join us for an afternoon of experiencing the two faces of Kali. Her energy will guide us through identifying places we are stuck, moving through these barriers, and stepping more fully into our power and purpose.

This three-hour workshop will include Buti Yoga, Guided Meditation, Chanting, Journaling, and Restorative Yoga.
