Join Bryan Paiement, published author and bartender in The Cache for a class featuring some classic cocktails with a holiday twist! We will be making three decadent wintery drinks and enjoying complementary small bites from our G&B chefs.
What We’re Making:
Pomegranate Martini (with Brie and Cranberry Chutney Galettes)
Hazelnut Espresso Martini (with Roasted Butternut Bruschetta)
Brandy Alexander (with Linzer Cookie Sandwiches)
Take-Aways:
Hands-on instruction by Bryan Paiement
Enjoy making and drinking three cocktails, paired with three small bites
A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class
*** Note, a Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be available throughout class to take any additional food or drink orders from the Café menu.
