In this nurturing and empowering class, Sarah Templer will guide you in the art of using herbs as gentle allies in caring for your toddler. This class is designed to help parents and caregivers build confidence and knowledge in incorporating herbal therapeutics and vitalist remedies into their everyday routines.
Together, we’ll explore how to view herbs as a trusted resource alongside other parenting tools, and we’ll dive into common toddler behaviors and health topics. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to safely and effectively introduce herbs into your child’s life, as well as practical ways to dose and administer them without fear or hesitation.
With Sarah’s support, you’ll feel empowered to nurture your child’s wellness with the wisdom of plants, bringing calm and balance to their growing years with ease and grace.

The goals of the class are to:
Provide education on using herbs as a parenting resource (in addition to other resources)
Review common toddler-age behaviors and health topics
Reduce fear around administering and dosing herbs for children
Suggest ways to incorporate herbs into your child's daily life

About Sarah Templer
I am a Certified Clinical Herbalist of the Vitalist school of thought. My particular calling and desire within my field is to reach out to parents, children, and young families to steward their journeys toward more intentional, holistic, and traditional health practices. In herbalism school, I wrote my thesis paper on Vitalist Herbalism for Children's Health; after I graduated, I began working as a Waldorf preschool teacher with a particular focus on the toddler age group. Through my experience in the toddler and early childhood classrooms, I was able to witness so many of the developmental milestones, emotional challenges, and common health issues that present during these unique and precious years. I got to know many parents and families with a hunger for education and knowledge on what practices and remedies they could incorporate at home to bolster their children's health and overall wellness. I began designing a series of classes to address that community need, and I'm honored to be able to present those now.
